Board of Diretors Susanne A. Bradley, CSB Board Secretary obtained her Masters in Library Science from Emporia State University. She taught in Miltonvale, Glasco, Clay Center and after retiring from teaching enjoys volunteering her time with various organizations in Manhattan, where she resides with husband, Dale. Susanne has been a member of the Board of Directors for over 40 years.

Ronald R. Smith was Executive Vice President for Peoples National Bank (later acquired by United Bank and Trust) for over 40 years. Ron has been a member of the CSB board since 1988. Ron is married to Ruth Ann and they have two children and one grandchild. They reside in Clay Center and enjoy traveling and seeing their family.
John Gisselbeck taught school and coached in Miltonvale before becoming full time with Twin Valley Telephone, Inc. John is the Vice President of the company, and he is married to Penny. They have four grown children and three grandchildren.
Caleb Bradley is Dale and Susanne’s son and works in Kansas City for Ameriprise. Caleb is married to Tonya and they have Jackson who hasn’t reached his first birthday yet. Caleb enjoys playing golf, hunting, spending time with friends, and playing with Jackson.
